WARM WATER CAN HELP TO DECREASE PIMPLES

im not the best person to talk about this but i want to share what i believe.

today, is again about skin care. im comfortable talking about this although i know, i didnt have the most perfect skin in the world. but i've tried quite many products so,i think its good to share how they worked on me. for those who not know, i have sensitive skin, pimples, large pores and other skin problems. (it might due to the usage of so many different products.ahaks.) but i have found the best one (so far) that works well with sensitive skin. read here if u miss the post.

so enough with the intro. today, its going to be about warm water. not for drinking but to wash.. our faces.
what i usually did was:

1. switch on the hot shower and adjust the temperature.
2. take the shower head and let the water flow on my face.
3. dont rub or clean the face with your hands while doing step 3. this to avoid any bacteria transfered from hands to the face. (my belief)
4. the reason for me to wash with warm water is i believe i need to kill the bacterias that cause the pimples. (my belief).so, its advisable to let the water flow just at the pimples area. we dont want to large pores at other areas.
5. please bare in mind,
    *not to wash with hot water, it must be warm. we do not want to cause any irritation. (my belief)
    *dont wash for long, just about 30 seconds. same reason as number 1.
6. after 30 seconds, i will immediately wash my face with cleanser. n rinse.
7. after my face has dried naturally, i will put some moisturizer as my skin might feel  hot and dry. (my belief)

as you can see, i have stated 'my belief' at some points, yeap..its not based on facts but my belief. dont laugh. i know im being childish here. but i often heard old people say , owh.. cucila muka ngan air suam... to decrease pimples. so i have made my own steps of washing face with warm water based on my belief. but i think it helped especially when i felt my face was full or dirt after going out the whole day, or i accidentally squeezed the pimple or rubbed the skin with bare hand (please believe, it was an accident), i'll immediately go to the toilet and wash with warm water.

so, i hope it will help you a bit. start with bismillah (for muslims) and have faith.;-)

p/s: dont do it often as I BELIEVE it can cause dryness to the skin. just do it once a week or when you feel dirty. no, i mean, the face.hehehhe..

PRODUCT REVIEW: SIMPLE

trial pack: RM 23.90 - containing cleanser, toner and moisturizer

pernah dengar tentang produk simple? jarang? tak pernah?produk ni insyaallah efektif untuk kulit berminyak dan kulit sensitif.. produk ni da lama jgk ad kat watson... tapi mayb orang tak pandang sebab dia simple kan... :-p..tp suprisingly, bila saya buat research (ecewahh) kat internet, ramai yang suggest dua product ni , simple and clinique... ad jugak yang mention other few products tapi yang banyak bagi feedback positive, these two..

saya pilih simple. y? simple reason, murah and works. kalau tak works pun, its still cheap and tak rasa rugi sangat. even clinique pun ada yang bagi feedback negatif tp just 1%. tapi yang lain, mmg positif. tapi disbbkn arga dia more pricey n i thought, lets give a try to the cheaper first, if its nt working, i'll definitely proceed with clinique..

so, what is the outcome? after one month consuming the SIMPLE, i quite.... yeah..like it.. i love everything about it, from the cleanser to the moisturizer...

well, despite my pimples are still there, but they totally decrease in number and size.... after consuming it for a month, i feel my face is less oily, the skin is more healthy which means its neither dry nor oily..its just moist... i used to have these small 'biji' on my forehead i didnt know exactly why and when it appeared. but it was said that it happned due to using unsuitable product and yes...it was when i have neutrogena deep clean cleanser (which also said a good cleanser for oily skin-but i guess not for me obviously)

i kind of bored because it seems like it didn't do anything for my skin.. i waited for the major effect to happen like when is my face going to be damn flawless! hahah.. i guess it wouldnt happen..because beauty doesnt come in instant. they take time..( unless if u r born with it) hehe.. just then i realised that there were less pimples and oil.. maybe because i was focusing too much on the flawless effect, i didnt give a damn about those small things that come before flawless.hahaha...

but!!! i think cleaser, toner and moisturizer are not enough if u want that flawless look. u need more, serum, sunblock, spot corrector... u need to work on your pore, you complexion, wrinkles and so many onn!!!!!!!!! (aaaaaarrgghh) then i realised should i give clinique a try because its more convincing... just because... welll.. its clinique... like..its skII.. hehehe.. but still, we never know..... so, for now, maybe i'll just stay with SIMPLE. if u wish to improve your skin, lets start with the basic-cleanser, toner and moisturizer. then, add sunblock, then add spot corrector. i think those 5 are the essentials but its just my opinion. do it step by step..

if u have oily or combination skin, use gel cleanser and light moisturizer.. why?? read the blog above..hehhe..

and please be concerned about the cleanlines like regularly wash your hands, avoid touching your face with bare fingers/ hands, always cut your nails short, use the oil strip/film to remove the excessive oil regularly (believe me, insyaallah it works) n smileee..;-)!!

p/s: the most important element is to look pretty yet as natural as possible..coz i believe u dont want to look like u have put so much foundation and cream to cover all the flaws....
i have some facial problems including big pores, white and black heads, scars,small pimples but this amazing make up artist had done a great job to my face...alhamdulillah..

nak review pasal penjagaan wajah secara semulajadi..

beberapa hari lepas baca blog dia ni dan dia bagi tips cam mano nak wat mask guna telur ngn tomato..

ambil putih telur dan separuh tomato, ramas bersama sampai hanchho!

kuantiti dia banyak kira cam leh guna dalam 4-5 kali jugak..

so, simpan la dalam peti ais, sok leh guna lagi.. 

tapi since hostel saya tak ada peti sejuk, pas guna dua hari, saya terpaksa buang..membazir kan? s0b2

so, pa cite lepas guna?

sangat suka!! time guna muka rasa tegang gila.. time guna jela.. ngeh2.. memang tak pernah pakai mask yang menyebababkan muka setegang ni..

pas guna, rasa kulit muka licin ja walaupun hakikatnya.. menggerutu macam jalan raya..

guna bahan-bahan semulajadi ni effect dia lambat, so kena consistent la.. jalan la gelojoh sangat, semua nak cepat.. 

dah tau effect lambat, wat pa nak guna? supaya kulit saya sihat dalam jangka masa panjang.. tak mau guna produk muka yang banyak kimia dan tindak balas cepat, tapi sekejap je, lama2..muka jadi tak bermaya, kedut, nampak tua dan sebagainya laaa

lagi pun,guna semulajadi ni, kalau tak sesuai ngan kulit muka pun, tak jadi papa.. ok?

PENTING KE JAGA BIBIR???

pentinglahh!!! bukan sebab ia hadiah kepada suami je ( wakakakakkaka) malah sebab bila kita cakap ngn orang, orang akan tengok mata atau bibir kau,... takde lagi bila bercakap orang tengok perut melainkan kalau perut kau lebih besar dari badan.. ok.. da cukup...

so..cam mana nak jaga bibir ni? first skali kena pakai pelembab bibir.. fungsinya? untuk lembapkan bibir la kan... takkan lembapkan perut pulak.. lembapkan ok..bukan lembab.. tak besla kan kalau ada bibir kering.. justin bibir pun tak kering.. tak comey.. so..kalau stakat nak p cafe p makan tak yah la pakai lipstick bagai.. lip balm sudah..

then, perasan tak bibir korang ni kadang-kadang ada cam serpihan kulit.. sama ada kering atau tak kering..rajinkanlah diri anda tuk buat skrub bibier... guna towel lembap pun takpe.. tapi kalau guna towel lembab xboleh sebab nanti akan ambil masa yang lama... lembab kan...

pastu ada la yang tangan gatal..bukan bibir je gatal.. tangan tu suka kopek bibier kering..kesian justin.... buruk dow... nanti ada bahagian kat bibir kau yang warna merah pekat, pastu ada yang merah cair... so.. xsekata.. then, lepas tu bibir kau akan kering balik.. semua da tau kan tak boleh kopek bibir?  janganla buat g!

minum air masak.. tak yah cakap banyak, minum ja...

so, bila bibir dah cantik baru cantik pakai lipstick.. kalo tak, bila bibir kering, pakai lipstick, akan jelas kelihatan bibir anda sedang kering.. sebelum beli lipstick,lembapkan bibir dengan tisu lembap.. supaya tak ada kulit lebih tu dan tak kering....

silalah percaya ni bibir saya..

reson for me to love this: SAYA SUKA WARNA DIA.. x terlalu merah..its more to peach..  so light colour can make us look younger..
semi matte..maksudnya.. dia tak terlalu kering ( matte akan nampakkan lip line) dan terlalu glossy kadang-kadang x berapa sesuai...

the packaging...nampak smart n canthekkk!!

kelemahan:i happened to read a review about this product from some blogs.. they said the same thing.. it highlighted lip line.. but... dekat bibir i tak ada pun???? so, when i kept reading, i found that, untuk kurangkan kejelasan garisan bibir, pakai lip balm dulu.. no wonder!! 

i memang akan apply lip balm dulu then i pakai  lipstick then i akan pakai lip balm balik..;-) lip balm gal....

PEREMPUAN ATAU LELAKI CEPAT PERASAN?

SALAM SEMUA... waaaahhh.saja nak highlight salam tu.. saya jarang bagi salam dalam blog..patut biasakan ni... pernah tak lelaki bagi salam kat awak semua? tu biasa kan? tapi ada tak awek bagi salam kat laki-laki gagah seperti anda? jarang bukan? cis..!! skema ayam..ye jarang..apakah kejadahnya? laki lebih tak malu.. bukan tak tahu malu... dalam bab-bab mengorat ni..kadang2.. diorang nak memain ja tapi perepuan? woi!!! ko tak au ke aku perasan kau suka aku?????tade2...saja hyperbola...so, laki takyahla wat perempuan perasan yang kau da suka bagai kat diorang.. and perempuan2, take note kalau laki tu wat benda2 ni..

tengok korang lama-lama. juling hape?
diorng tengok sebab diorang rasa korang ni cantik je bukan sebab nak serius..

oh sebab diorang ni nak cuba menjadi mesra dan tambah kawan yang sweet hot cam korang.erhh..tak suka tengok laki yang melepak kat mall atu sengih2. cam muka minta pelempang..

diorang bosan..ada handset tap asek tak bunyi... kadang-kadang diorang hanya nak berborak...

tu mesti sebab dah banyak sangat duit lebih..eh..takla...diorang nak menghagai orang dan diorang pun nak dihargai dan diingati..

wooh..pompuan memang tak leh blah yang ni..pantang kalau ada laki puji cantik terus rasa laki tu berminat bagai...tu sama ada diorang mmg nak mengayat atau diorang memuji ciptaan Allah..

 p/s: bukan perempuan je cepat perasan, laki pun cuma laki lebih padai cover.. jangan cepat tertipu.. tapi ada juga taktik di atas yang digunakan dengan ikhlas, berhati-hati okay!
